For executive, luxury and chauffeur drivers
The app gives you the customer. We help you keep them.
Blackfleet is a licensed private hire operator in London. Drive under our licence and your passengers can book you again, by name. They get the driver they already trust. You get the work.
You get your own page and your own customers. We do the licence, the paperwork, the payments and the phone calls.
And we never take a cut of your fares. You pay £25 a month. That is it, whether you earn £900 that month or £9,000.

The moment
It happens at the end of a good airport run.
You got them there early. You knew the right terminal door. The car was clean and quiet and you did not ask for the postcode twice. So they ask you a simple question. Right now you are not allowed to say yes.
In the back of your car
“Can I just book you directly next time?”
What you have to say today
“I wish you could. You have to use the app, and you might not get me.”
What you could say instead
“Yes. Here is my booking page. Save the link and ask for me any time.”
The first answer loses a good customer. The second one keeps them for years.
Why you cannot say yes today
In London, only a licensed operator can take a private hire booking. That is the rule that stops you.
Every legal private hire job needs three licences. You already have two of them.
- 01You hold this
Private hire driver licence
Your TfL driver licence. You already have it. Nothing to do here.
- 02You hold this
Private hire vehicle licence
The plate on the back of the car you drive every day. You already have it. Nothing to do here.
- 03Blackfleet holds this
Private hire operator licence
This is the one that lets anyone take a booking at all. It is the hard one to get, and we have it.
You already have two of the three.
The third one is the hard one. It takes months. It costs thousands. You need an office, insurance, a way to handle complaints, and records TfL can come and check at any time.
You do not need any of that. You use our licence. Your day does not change. The only difference is who is sitting in the back.
How it works
Five steps. Only one of them is new for you.
You already do the driving. You already get paid. The one new thing is handing over a link.
- 01
You drive the job
You, same as nowAn app, a chauffeur company, a hotel. However they found you the first time. Keep doing exactly what you do now.
- 02
You hand them your page
You, and this is the new bitGive them a card, show them a QR code, or send the link. The page has your name, your photo and your car on it.
- 03
They book you by name
Your passengerThey pick a date, a time and a pickup. They see the price before they book. No app to download. No account to set up.
- 04
Blackfleet accepts the booking
BlackfleetWe take it on our licence. We do the record, the confirmation and the payment. It is all done before your phone rings.
- 05
You drive, and you get paid
You, same as nowSame job you always do. Then they book you again next month, and the month after that.
Your book
A busy week is not a business. Regular customers are.
Every job on this screen came from someone who asked for you. You can see their name, how many times they have been in your car, and when they are booked next. The longer you drive, the longer that list gets.
Regulars, by name
See who they are, where they go, and when they last rode with you.
Booked days ahead
Airport jobs come in early. You can plan your week instead of waiting for the next ping.
Paid on a set day
The money comes on the same day every time, with one statement you can give your accountant.

What it costs
£25 a month. We never take a cut of your fares.
No commission. No booking fee. No percentage of the airport run you just did. When you have a good month an app takes more money off you. We do not. The price is the same every month.
- A £2,000 month
£25
1.3% of what you earned
- A £6,000 month
£25
0.4% of what you earned
- A £12,000 month
£25
0.2% of what you earned
The same number, three times.
That is the point. With commission, the better you do, the more they take off you. You keep paying them for a customer they found you once, years ago. With us you pay £25 and that is the end of it.
Everything else your passengers pay is yours. That is our promise, and it is the one we will never change.
Nobody assigns you this work.
No acceptance rate. No streaks. No quests. No score that drops because you said no on a Sunday. These people booked you because they like the way you drive. That is the whole system.
No acceptance rate
Say no to a job. Nothing happens to you next week.
No surge, no lottery
A set price on your page. It does not move while you sleep.
Your hours
Only want airport mornings? Then only take airport mornings.
Your customers
They are on your list. If you leave, they come with you.
Keep the apps
Keep driving on them as much as you like. Stop when you want to, not when we say.
Your name on it
Your name and your photo on the page. Not ours.
Every other driver on that rank is one app update away from a worse month. You would have a list of people who ask for you.
What actually changes
The driving is the same. Who owns the work is not.
On the apps alone
- The customer belongs to the app
- You cannot take the booking yourself
- A new stranger every ride
- You work when the app says
- A great job is worth nothing next week
- Your rating stays with the app
- They take a cut of every fare, forever
Driving through Blackfleet
- The customer asks for you by name
- We take the booking on our licence
- Passengers who already know your car
- Jobs booked days ahead, in your diary
- A great job earns you the next one
- The customer list is yours
- £25 a month, and nothing off your fares
What sits behind you
You drive. We do the rest.
This is the work you would have to do yourself on your own licence. The passenger never sees any of it. The law says somebody has to do it. Every hour of it is an hour you are not earning.
The booking record
We write down every job the way the law says it has to be written down.
Confirmations
Your passenger gets a proper confirmation with your name, your car and the price.
Payments
We take the money up front and pay you on a set day.
Customer support
Late flights and late passengers ring us, not your phone at 5am.
Lost property
Someone leaves a bag in your car, we log it, keep it safe and get it back to them.
Complaints
We deal with them, then tell you what was said and what we did.
Checks and renewals
We watch the dates on your licence, MOT, insurance and DBS so none of them run out.
Your booking page
We build it and we run it. Nothing for you to set up.
What stays yours.
We hold the licence. We do not hold your customers. Everything on this list goes in the agreement you sign, not just on this page.
- Your customers stay your customers
- Your name and your photo on the page, not ours
- Your customer list, sent to you any time you ask
- Keep driving on the apps. No exclusivity
- No shift targets and no acceptance rate
- Leave when you want, and take your customers
- No commission on any fare, ever
- £25 stays £25 as you grow
Who this is for
A short list. You probably tick all of it.
This works if you are the driver people remember. It does not work if you do lots of cheap short jobs. Better we say that now than on the phone.
- 01A TfL private hire driver licence
- 02A licensed car, Exec class or better
- 03Hire and reward insurance that is in date
- 04You work in London or the London airports
- 05Passengers who already ask for you
The questions drivers ask.
- Do I have to stop driving on the apps?
- No. Keep driving on them. That is where these passengers meet you the first time, and the apps are very good at that. We are what happens after the first ride.
- Is this actually legal?
- Yes. We take the booking as the licensed operator. You drive it as a licensed driver in a licensed car. That is how every private hire company in London works. The only difference here is that the customers are yours, not ours.
- Do I need my own operator licence?
- No. You use ours. You can go and get your own one day if you want to, but it takes months, and then you have to run an office, keep records, sort out insurance and deal with every complaint. Most drivers want the customers, not the paperwork.
- Who does the customer pay?
- They pay us, because the operator has to take the money. We pay you on a set day and send you a statement of every job. We take nothing off your fares. The £25 is billed on its own, once a month, so you can see it is the only thing we charge you.
- What if somebody complains, or leaves a bag?
- It comes to us. We sort it out and tell you what happened. You are not dealing with that at midnight on the side of the A4.
- What does it cost?
- £25 a month. Nothing else. No commission, no percentage, no booking fee, and no price that goes up once you start doing well. A £900 week and a £3,000 week both cost you £25.
- Can I bring customers I already have?
- Yes. Most drivers start with the four or five people who have already asked them in the car.
- What happens if I want to leave?
- You take your customer list with you. We want you to stay because it makes you money, not because we made it hard to leave.
Start with the ones who already ask.
Tell us what you drive and who you drive for. If it fits, we will set up your page. Then you can give the link to the next passenger who asks.
